Science week took place in our school on the 8th – 15th of November. Unfortunately this year, we were not able to have our Open Day in the hall but the boys and girls were very busy creating science experiments in their classrooms. Here’s just a look at what some of the classes got up to :

3rd – 6th classes took part in Science workshops with ‘Anyone for Science’. They learnt about acids and bases and tested a variety of liquids to see what happens when you add acids to bases. The boys and girls loved the workshop!

Ms. Gorman’s class loved experimenting with the electrical circuits!

Ms. Byrne’s class had great fun making slime!

Ms. Goggin’s class tried out the beebots and loved using them. They also created rainbows using skittles and made some colourful slime.
